Chers correspondants ...Classe de Seconde Internationale Nouvelle Zélande 2018-2019

Dear Exchange Class,

We'd like to tell you a little about ourselves.

We're Classe Seconde Internationale Nouvelle Zélande at Lycée Sainte Marie du Port, in Les Sables d'Olonne, FRANCE.
It is quite a big school with 1200 students in years Seconde, Première and Terminale.
We're in the first year of a three-year Baccalaureat course.

We're aged 14 to 15. Our class has a special programme focusing on New Zealand.
Every week we spend two hours discovering the geography, history of this country by doing  research work, oral presentations, posters ...

From 25 Feburary to March 15th we will have the opportunity to meet you,  our penfriends who are studying in John Paul's College, ROTORUA (north island)   and in Lincoln high school, CHRISTCHURCH (south island).
We will be able to improve our English, discover your way of life and learn a lot from you.
Besides, during our stay in New Zealand each student of the class has a research work to do that is why we will try to find out some documents on the different topics, interview people ... we will need your help !

We are looking forward to meeting you soon !
